Yes, you can use both Spriz for Bits and Soak for Bits if you have had a C-section. Spritz for Bits offers the same benefits for your caesarean scar as for your vulva and perineal/anal areas. The essential oils it contains can help to relieve itching, stinging and discomfort, and also to help moisturise C-section scars. For Soak for Bits make sure that your dressing has been removed and that your C-section wound is undergoing the normal healing process. Seek medical advice if you think your wound is becoming infected, feeling more sore as each day goes by, has redness spreading around the area, is oozing or smelling or you have any other concerns.
Can I use Spritz for Bits when pregnant?
Yes you can use Spritz for Bits in pregnancy, to soothe a variety of ailments including: if you have piles causing discomfort, for swelling or discomfort around the vulval area, to help calm itching and discomfort of thrush (after seeking assessment/treatment from your midwife or pharmacist) and other irritations such as cystitis or post coital discomfort.
Can I use Soak for Bits in a sitz bath?
You can use Soak for Bits in a sitz bath by reducing the amount of product you put into your sitz bowl. We would recommend using a quarter to half a handful of the product in the usual sized sitz bowl.
Can I watch the webinar more than once?
Yes, once you purchase it you have access for 6 months to watch it as often as needed.
