My Expert Midwife, based in Harrogate, is one of the fastest growing, privately owned, specialist pregnancy and maternity skincare brands in the UK. We are an entrepreneurial, ambitious and results driven team that place fun, respect, kindness, compassion and understanding in everything we do.
We are looking for Marketing Executive to join our fast growing, fast paced team. You will work directly with the Ecommerce and Marketing team and be accountable for executing the marketing strategy across all channels. You will work across our digital platforms, brand channels and third-party retailers. Reporting to both the Ecommerce Manager and Marketing Manager you will help deliver integrated brand presence across all channels, with impact.
We are looking for somebody who wants a broad marketing role to gain valuable brand experience in digital, comms and retail within marketing. You will have a growth mindset, and a can-do attitude, impeccable standards, and love to work at pace.
Digital responsibilities

Build out shopify product and campaign pages for launches, campaigns and expert content.

Execute and build out the weekly newsletter email programme.

Upload new blogs, weekly.

Support the Ecommerce Manager on campaign execution across all paid for channels.

Test new website functionality and provide feedback.

Support on weekly, monthly KPI reporting.
Marketing responsibilities

You will be responsible for the execution of the monthly and quarterly media plans working with the Marketing Manager.

Work with our inhouse and external design/artwork team to produce, proof read and deliver all artwork on time for the relevant channels.

Support the marketing and commercial teams to ensure all marketing plans are executed across all channels on time including media bookings, artwork requirements, and facilitating on time delivery.

You will support the PR and influencer programme by sending out all products to the agency and the influencers.

For key events you will help co-ordinate and manage the critical paths supporting the wider business.

You will liaise with printers and other third parties on costing out literature, packaging, print supporting the team.

You may also be required to attend events in person to support on the execution.

You will be responsible for market monitoring and tracking all key events to keep the business ahead.
You will be fully trained on all the technical responsibilities, all we ask is that you have a passion for marketing, the customer, that you are ambitious and driven to constantly learn. This role will suit somebody who wants to get immersed in all aspects of marketing and digital.
Skills required:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Ambitious, driven and a hungry to exceed expectations.
• Self-motivated, highly resourceful, and adaptable to change.
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
• Strong time management and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Outstanding organisation skills ability to multi-task
• Impeccable attention to detail.
