Do you want to learn all about preparing for labour and birth, so you can look forward to starting family life with your newborn confidently? If so, we have just the package for you. Our antenatal classes are taught exclusively by midwives, who are experienced in all areas of maternity care. Our 4 foundation classes, where you will meet other parents-to-be, are packed full of information, in an easy to learn and fun format, with a wealth of accompanying resources to support your learning. You will have exclusive access to our range of eBooks, a parent handbook containing your own birth plan to personalise, as well as helpful checklists and guides for you and your birth partner to help you prepare for your labour, birth, and your baby’s arrival.

how does it work?

  • Our classes are hosted virtually via Zoom - so you will need a laptop/iPad (with camera and microphone) and an internet connection. The week before your class starts you will be sent a Zoom link and password to access your class.

  • The foundation class is made up of 4 sessions. Each class will be on the same day and at the same time every week for the 4 week period.

  • Each weekly session will be 2 hours long.

  • You will have the same dedicated registered midwife teaching you every week.

  • The other parents-to-be in your class will be at a similar point in their journey to you, enabling you to develop a supportive friendship network.

  • You will also have access to our private Antenatal Classes Community Facebook Group which will help you to develop networks and relationships with other parents-to-be.

  • Our antenatal and postnatal classes are based on the latest evidence-based information, some of that information is only relevant to UK based maternity services and may not align with maternity services provided in other countries.

Antenatal classes should equip you with a depth of knowledge and understanding which enables you to feel confident about making your own decisions and ready to birth and meet your baby. They can also be a great place to meet other parents-to-be to help you form friendships and support networks in your community, whether that be online or in your own locality.

we have a number of delivery options depending on how quickly you would like to receive your order and where you need it to be sent

All orders received by 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends or bank holidays. All orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, or the Tuesday of a bank holiday weekend.

Same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday, £1.95 for all orders under £20

Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday to be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day (before 5pm). Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders for guaranteed Saturday delivery must be placed between 2pm on Thursday and 2pm on Friday.

Please note orders placed prior to 2pm on a Thursday may be delivered on the next working day.

Saturday delivery will take place between 9am - 5pm.

We offer European and International Tracked/Signed For Delivery.

International deliveries to some countries continue to face short delays, particularly where there are a lack of available transport links and in some countries suspension of postal operations due to COVID-19. This is likely to lengthen the normal delivery timescales.
