Planning For An Optimal Post Birth Recovery Supplementary Class

As well as providing you with information about what to expect after both a vaginal and caesarean birth, you can also learn how to prepare for your recovery to make your transition into parenthood smoother.

How does it work?

  • We recommend that you take our supplementary classes after you have participated in our existing foundation class. Whilst our foundation classes will have explored post birth recovery this supplementary class allows you to gain a greater depth of knowledge.

  • This class is delivered live by one of our expert midwives and is an interactive class.

  • This class is hosted virtually via Zoom - so you will need a laptop/iPad (with camera and microphone) and an internet connection. The week before your class starts you will be sent a Zoom link and password to access your class.

  • The class is 2 hours long and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

  • Our antenatal and postnatal classes are based on the latest evidence-based information, some of that information is only relevant to UK based maternity services and may not align with maternity services provided in other countries.

  • Bookings for this course are subject to our Terms and Conditions, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, full details of which are available HERE
