Ideally your hospital bag should be packed and ready to go before 37 weeks of pregnancy.

use it

  • Spritz for Bits - spray onto the perineal area for instant relief from birth
  • Soak for Bits - add 150g (2-3 handfuls) of the salts into a warm but not hot bath, bathe for 10 mins
  • No Harm Nipple Balm - apply immediately before and after breastfeeding, no need to remove before feeding
  • No Harm Bum Balm - use at each nappy change, after baby's bath or whenever you want extra protection on babies bottom
  • Spritz for Clean Hands - dispense 5 pumps onto dry palms, then cover all areas of your hands and fingers with the solution. Continue to rub into your hands until the solution has dried

All orders received by 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends or bank holidays. All orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, or the Tuesday of a bank holiday weekend.

We offer Express delivery within the UK. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday to be dispatched the same day for delivery within the following 2 working day (before 17:00). Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders for guaranteed Saturday delivery must be placed between 2pm on Thursday and 2pm on Friday.

Please note orders placed prior to 2pm on a Thursday may be delivered on the next working day.

Saturday delivery will take place between 9 - 17:00.
