Labour Rollerball

calms & centres

Ideal throughout pregnancy, especially in the third trimester and for labour, this pocket sized easy to use rollerball is a blend of coconut oil, frankincense, geranium, sandalwood, grapefruit and neroli. It will become an essential part of your labour tool kit alongside the Spritz for Labour.

Frankincense oil is known to calm and ground while geranium and sandalwood are relaxing, grapefruit is great for helping mental focus and neroli can help to reduce stress levels in the body. Take a moment to pause and inhale the oils. Aromatherapy is most effective when applied to your pulse points (wrists & temples) as this is where the blood flow is closest to your skin.

This is a blend of pure essential oils, frankincense, geranium and sandalwood which are known for their calming and grounding properties, grapefruit oil to bring mental focus and neroli which can help to reduce stress levels in the body so you feel more centred and in control.
