  • Our webinars are pre-recorded and are to be watched online - so you will need a laptop/iPad/phone and an internet connection.

  • Once you have purchased your webinar, you will be emailed a link to acess the class. Once you have clicked the link, you will be asked to log into your account and at the top of the screen you will see a link to "watch webinar".

  • Each webinar will be 30 - 60 minutes long so you can join wherever you are, at home, in the garden or even in your lunch hour.

  • Each webinar is delivered by one of our registered midwives.

  • Our antenatal and postnatal classes are based on the latest evidence-based information, some of that information is only relevant to UK based maternity services and may not align with maternity services provided in other countries.

FAQs

Perineal massage, when undertaken from 34 -35 weeks, has been proven by research to reduce the extent of deep and superficial perineal tearing, particularly in women having their first vaginal births. It has also been shown to reduce the amount of discomfort felt by women who are having a second or subsequent baby 3 months after their birth.

we have a number of delivery options depending on how quickly you would like to receive your order and where you need it to be sent

All orders received by 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends or bank holidays. All orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, or the Tuesday of a bank holiday weekend.

Same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday, £3.50 for all orders under £30

Orders must be placed before 1.30pm Monday – Thursday to be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day (before 5pm). Orders placed after 1.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
