Pregnancy during the colder months can feel magical twinkling lights, cozy nights, and a slower pace. But winter also brings unique challenges for expecting mums. As midwives, we’ve put together some expert tips to help you stay healthy, safe, and comfortable this season.
My baby is overdue, what can I do?
A normal term pregnancy is defined as lasting between 37 and 42 weeks before the onset of labour. Some women will have their babies before 37 weeks and this is considered premature. Some women can have their baby after 42 weeks, and this is considered post mature / overdue.
