⏰ Delivery Times
Real talk about our dispatch times - our warehouse team takes a well-deserved break on weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be lovingly packed and sent on Monday (or Tuesday after a bank holiday). And yes, this includes our next-day deliveries too!
📦 Where's My Order?
We trust our delivery partners completely, but sometimes things need a little extra attention. Haven't received your order? Here's when to give us a shout:
- UK orders: After 5 working days
- International orders: After 14 working days
📝 Address Matters
Double-check those delivery details! If there's a typo in your address and you haven't let us know before dispatch, we'll need to wait for the package to find its way back to us before we can help. (Unfortunately, we can't refund postage for undeliverable or uncollected items - but we'll always try our best to help!)
