The Basics

Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays? They're out the door within 24 working hours. After 3pm or weekend orders? We'll get them moving the next working day.

Delivery Times

Real talk about our dispatch times - our warehouse team takes a well-deserved break on weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be lovingly packed and sent on Monday (or Tuesday after a bank holiday). And yes, this includes our next-day DPD deliveries too!

💡 Heads up for our international mamas: Your local customs might add some duties or taxes when your package arrives. We know paperwork isn't fun, but we want you to be prepared!

📦 Where's My Order?

We trust our delivery partners completely, but sometimes things need a little extra attention. Haven't received your order? Here's when to give us a shout:

  • UK orders: After 5 working days
  • International orders: After 10 working days

📝 Address Matters

Double-check those delivery details! If there's a typo in your address and you haven't let us know before dispatch, we'll need to wait for the package to find its way back to us before we can help. (Unfortunately, we can't refund postage for undeliverable or uncollected items - but we'll always try our best to help!)
