General Questions
We hope you love your new gift set! Included in select gift sets are vouchers for our midwife-led digital masterclasses or eBooks. To redeem your voucher, you need to add the specific masterclass or eBook to your basket, and at checkout, enter the unique code that is provided on your voucher. All of our masterclasses can be found HERE. If you are looking for an eBook, you can find our full list HERE. Please do use an email address at checkout that you have easy access to, as this will be the email address used to enroll you onto the masterclass or where we will send the eBook.
Orders
All of our orders are dispatched as soon as possible after being placed, so we unfortunately can't amend your order. Therefore, please do double-check those delivery details! You may cancel if your order has not already been dispatched.
If there's a typo in your address and you haven't let us know before dispatch, we'll need to wait for the package to find its way back to us before we can help. (Unfortunately, we can't refund postage for undeliverable or uncollected items - but we'll always try our best to help!)
Delivery & Returns
All UK orders are sent with tracked delivery, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
We aim to process and ship your order within 1–2 business days. If you place your order after 2pm, it’ll be processed the next working day.
Just a heads-up — any orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. We’ll get it on its way to you as soon as we can!
