When should I start an antenatal course?
You will benefit from this education at any stage of your pregnancy,
the earlier you learn the more you learn. You will have access to the course for 10 months, so you can go back and watch selected topics or the whole course as many times as you need.

Our Antenatal Foundation Course covers the third trimester of pregnancy, birth planning, practical preparation, early labour, advanced labour and when to go to hospital, pain relief options, birth: both vaginal and caesarean; your new baby and early recovery.
The Course includes additional bonus Supplementary Classes, covering induction of labour, breathing techniques, emergencies and when baby is born unwell all delivered by our team of expert educators.
You will also have access to exclusive content including guides and checklists along with access into our online MEMbers Club where you can join our community forum, connect with others on the same journey and ask as many questions as you wish – our midwives and other parents to be will be happy to chat.
