No I didn’t write a birth plan. I was just hoping to labour and deliver at home

How was your recovery from birth?
Very straightforward. I had no perineal trauma and labour was quick so I recovered well after a day or so
Do you have any advice or helpful hints or tips that we can share with parents to be?
In the latent phase of labour try and keep busy/active. I cleaned the house and I think having a distraction helped immensely.
