Helps to calm and centre you, and focus your energy during labour

Helps to calm and centre you, and focus your energy during labour

Sometimes awaiting the arrival of your baby can make you anxious or stressed, and this is more common during the end stages of pregnancy, during labour and the transition phase.

Our midwives understand that these feelings can be overwhelming, and so have developed Spritz for Labour Spray. This labour spray is a blend of pure essential oils, Frankincense and Geranium which are known for their calming and grounding properties, and Orange oil to bring focussed energy, which will help you overcome feelings of nervousness, so you feel more centred and in control.

This is a labour essential to add to your hospital bag checklist.

FAQs
Can I use Spritz for Labour on my baby?
We do not advise using Spritz for labour on your baby. Your baby’s skin is very sensitive and needs to adapt slowly to life in the outside world by using as few products on their skin as possible in the first few weeks.
How often should I use Spritz for Labour?
As often as needed. In the later stages of labour you might want to spray liberally in the air around you throughout but when using for sleep a few sprays onto your pillow before bed should be enough.
I'm not pregnant, can I still use Spritz for Labour?
Yes you can still use this product when you are not pregnant. The essential oils used are designed to help relaxation.
Will it stain my clothing or bedding?
We are unable to test on every fabric so we suggest avoiding spraying onto clothes or bedding or testing first on a small patch.
