Two of the most important things any pregnant woman can consider doing during the 3rd trimester is Perineal Massage and Colostrum Harvesting.

We have included our Peri Prep Your Bits Perineal Massage Oil designed for use from 35 weeks of pregnancy 3 to 5 times a week for just 3 to 5 minutes a time to reduce your risk of a significant tear during birth.

And we have also included our easy-to-use Colostrum Harvesting Kit to be used no earlier than 37 weeks of pregnancy and which has been developed to help you harvest small amounts of Colostrum (aka Liquid Gold) which you can give to your baby in the early hours and days post-birth to support their health whether you choose to breastfeed or not.
