Use the Soak for Bits & Body in your warm bath water to relax your muscles, relieve tension, focus your mind, and soothe your soul. Let the high-grade Epsom salts work on muscles and joints for at least 20 minutes; Midwives’ Orders! And then hydrate and nourish your skin by massaging in our thin but rich Fantastic Skin Elastic which is packed with oils to protect and care for stretching, dry and irritable skin and which if used regularly can help to reduce the formation of and appearance of stretch marks. That massage works on a deeper level as well connecting you with your developing baby; you cannot ever underestimate the power of touch even to an unborn baby so start building those connections early.

But the real magic happens when you combine the two individual products to make a scrub! Use a good handful of salts and mix in enough pumps of Fantastic Skin Elastic to achieve a wet sand consistency. Use the scrub to target especially dry patches of skin that need extra care and hydration or use as an intensive massage scrub on your calves and thighs to relieve symptoms of cramp and restless legs. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes to do its thing so place a towel or old sheet on your bed and lay down before bathing or showering it off. Ideal for all over your body, or to experience the benefit of the salts if you don’t have a bath.
