Sick of it in the first trimester?

Carry with you everywhere, this midwife developed, fragrant and soothing spritz of peppermint, lemon and grapefruit, it will become an essential part of your pregnancy morning sickness tool kit.

97% naturally derived ingredients include peppermint and lemon which are known to be effective natural remedies for relieving nausea while grapefruit can help reduce fatigue.

The spritz uses aromatherapy to stimulate smell receptors in the nose, which then send messages through the nervous system to the limbic system — the part of the brain that controls emotions. Aromatherapy is most effective when applied to your pulse points (wrists & temples) as this is where the blood flow is closest to your skin.

peppermint helps to reduce feelings of nausea, calms the stomach and reduces fatigue
grapefruit can help regulate the digestive system and uplift
lemon can help tackle mental fatigue and also is known for helping soothe upset stomachs
full ingredients Aqua (Water), PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Parfum, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Oil, Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Citral, Linalool, Limonene.
