When trying to conceive, most emphasis is put on women's health, but the health of the male partner is just as important. Start taking pre-conception MEN up to 3 months before you begin trying to conceive to help with healthy sperm production, give your body a boost of your daily nutritional requirements and get you into the best possible nutritional condition to conceive.



Includes the recommended daily level of zinc, a mineral which has a vital function for libido, testicular health, sperm production, sperm health, seminal fluid and erectile health and which isn’t stored in sufficient amounts in the body, so must be obtained daily through diet. Men whose diet includes very little or no meat are particularly at risk of zinc deficiency.



Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis (production of sperm). Studies have shown that in combination with vitamin E it can significantly improve male fertility. Both selenium and vitamin E are included at the recommended daily levels.



Vitamins B6 & B12 and vitamin C all contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy yielding metabolism. Vitamin D has a role in the process of cell division.

Why don’t you include more than 100% Nutrient Reference Value (NRV) levels?
Unlike other supplements we don’t include anything at a higher level than is needed. All levels are safe for pre-conception and beyond, and well within upper safety guidelines for daily self-supplementation.
What if I forget to take my supplement and miss a day?
We recommend a regular, daily intake but if you have missed a day or two this won’t do any harm. Just take it again when you remember and as directed. You should not take more than the recommended amount to make up for any days you have missed.
