In this webinar we talk you through how your body prepares to breastfeed your growing baby and discuss the amazing properties of breastmilk - it’s not just food it’s medicine!

We explain why skin-to-skin contact at birth is so important, and how frequent feeds in the first day’s help get things off to a good start. We demonstrate how to comfortably latch your baby on for a feed and take you through a range of feeding positions, which can build confidence. We also explain what to do if you experience issues such as soreness.

All orders received by 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends or bank holidays. All orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, or the Tuesday of a bank holiday weekend.

european & international delivery (£14.95 / £25) We offer European and International Tracked/Signed For Delivery. International deliveries to some countries continue to face short delays, particularly where there are a lack of available transport links which may lengthen the normal delivery timescales. International delivery is free on orders over £90.
free 2 to 3 day royal mail tracked delivery within the uk on orders over £30 Same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday, £3.50 for all orders under £30
next day delivery (£6.90) Orders must be placed before 1.30pm Monday – Thursday to be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day (before 5pm). Orders placed after 1.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

We would suggest it is really helpful if you both get as much information as you can before your baby arrives. By watching this and our follow-up webinar, you will learn together about the physiology and gain practical advice meaning your partner can support you.
Do I need to 'bring' anything to do this webinar?
Whilst most of this webinar is laying the foundation for understanding how your body and breasts will produce breastmilk, it would be helpful to you if you had a teddy or doll so you can follow the practical demonstration of feeding positions.
