Sustainability
When it comes to sourcing the raw materials used in our products, we try our best to make sure these are from sustainable sources. We work alongside our suppliers to reduce the environmental impact of our supply chain wherever possible by regularly reviewing where we source our ingredients and packaging to ensure they are always of the best quality and support those who produce them. We seek out suppliers that are transparent, safe and fair. We know that there is more we can do, and we are working to develop an ethical and responsible framework for sourcing where the use of sustainable materials respects local communities and their traditional practices.
Packaging
All of our packaging is designed to be simple and effective; we have thought about the easiest way to use our products. For instance, Spritz For Bits comes with an easy-to-use upside-down pump and No Harm Nipple Balm and Bum Balm have a one-handed airless pump to make use as easy as possible when you are holding or changing a wriggling baby.
What we do:

All orders are shipped in our cardboard mail order boxes which are fully recyclable

Whenever we can we use plastic bottles which contain recycled plastic
- Retail cartons are all made using FSC certified card and are fully recyclable
- All plastic bottles can be recycled after use in your kerbside collection.
- All glass bottles can be recycled after use in your kerbside collection.
- Our pumps are not currently recyclable so please remove them before recycling the bottles
We know that we can always do more, and we are working hard to improve. Our aim is for all our plastic bottles to have a minimum of 30% recycled content by the end of 2022.

Initiatives are in place to reduce the amount of paper we use in our day-to-day operations including e-copy and consolidated documentation.
Recycling facilities are provided within our offices.
Where feasible, employees are offered flexible or work from home opportunities to reduce fuel usage.
