Sick of it in the first trimester?

Carry with you everywhere, this midwife developed, fragrant and soothing spritz of peppermint, lemon and grapefruit, it will become an essential part of your pregnancy morning sickness tool kit alongside the Sick Of It! Rollerball and Soothing Ginger Melts. Save 20% when you buy the Sick of it! Toolkit.

97% naturally derived ingredients include peppermint and lemon which are known to be effective natural remedies for relieving nausea while grapefruit can help reduce fatigue.

The spritz uses aromatherapy to stimulate smell receptors in the nose, which then send messages through the nervous system to the limbic system — the part of the brain that controls emotions. Aromatherapy is most effective when applied to your pulse points (wrists & temples) as this is where the blood flow is closest to your skin.

Sick Of It! Spritz was previously Spritz for Nausea.
