Our iconic Spritz for Bits is the perfect product for any stage of pregnancy and caring for perineal skin even in the 2nd trimester is so important. It can help give you a freshen-up when you have additional vaginal discharge or more frequent trips to the bathroom. It can ease unwanted symptoms of urine infections or thrush such as burning, and itching (you still need medical treatment) and it can relieve discomfort caused by haemorrhoids. But more than that it is caring for your perineal skin well in advance of labour and birth.

And our glorious Soak for Bits & Body are high-grade Epsom Salts which smell like a spa in a bag.
